I'm John Kerner, an IoD Chartered Director and founder of D7 Advisers.
I work with Directors and Boards across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors to improve governance, strengthen board effectiveness and build the knowedge, skills and behavious needed to make "better Boardroom decisions".
As Directors we hold personal liability for governance, strategy, leadership, finance and many other matters by law, often with little formal support. Professional qualifications are expected in many fields where mistakes can have significant consequences, but Boards are an exception so most unknowingly under-perform.
